After the festive period let’s take time to detoxify and nourish the mind and body.

Come and enjoy this mini retreat pop up workshop where we will combine Pilates, Myofascial release and Sound healing.

This workshop is designed to rejuvenate and nourish you. We will start with a Pilates workout followed by a series of self massage and release exercises and techniques. Working on releasing tension and opening up the fascia allowing the body to feel lengthened, opened and connected.
Then finishing of the workshop with a Sound meditation to integrate the mind and body and support the inner journey.  Leaving you balanced, refreshed and recharged.

You will also have some take home self massage and fascia release exercises to go away with to help keep your body balanced throughout the winter period.

Exchange: $45

Bring a journal, water and come wearing comfortable layers as your body temperature will change during the session.
Also anything you would like to support you in the meditation (blanket, pillow etc)
